The site is operated by Dinnox IT Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry under Business Name No. 4753153, with its place of business at 1102 Park Centrale Building, J.M. del Mar St., Cebu IT Park, Apas, Cebu City 6000, Philippines.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. This site is not a service agreement
Nothing on this website creates a contract for services. Our products, pricing, service levels, warranties, intellectual property assignments, data processing terms and liability are governed exclusively by the separate written agreement signed between Dinnox IT Solutions and the client.
Where anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
Descriptions, feature lists and roadmaps published here are marketing material. They are not commitments, offers, or representations that a particular capability will exist in the form described, or by a particular date.
3. Informational content
We publish this site to explain what we do. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. Product pages describe how our systems are designed to support a regulatory or accounting process; they are not a substitute for advice about your own obligations. Assess your own circumstances, and take advice where it matters.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share internally when evaluating our services. You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy or scrape the site, present our material as your own, or remove any ownership notice.
Dinnox, Dinnox IT Solutions, the Dinnox mark, and our product names — including Omnicore, ERP Workbench, HRIS Workbench, Loans Workbench, Dinnox FSM, ShopSmart, Cariton, Steer, Realtyhub, Knowledj, Parkee, Travajjo and OSA Estimating — are our marks. They may not be used without our written permission.
5. Third-party names and logos
Client names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission or as a factual reference to work performed. Their appearance does not imply that those organisations endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with any other content on this site.
If you own a mark shown here and want it removed, email inquiry@dinnoxit.com and we will act promptly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, or for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Interfere with the site's operation or availability, or probe or scan it without our written authorisation
- Introduce malware or any other harmful code
- Harvest contact details from the site for bulk or unsolicited messaging
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site or any of our services, please report it to inquiry@dinnoxit.com rather than disclosing it publicly. We welcome good-faith reports.
7. Availability
We provide this website on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons without notice.
This section concerns the website only. Service levels for systems we operate for clients are set out in the relevant signed agreement.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Dinnox IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website, or from reliance on any content published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this section.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of Cebu City have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, without prejudice to any dispute resolution clause in a signed client agreement, which prevails for matters under that agreement.
Consumer rights that apply to you under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), are not affected by these terms.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here, bearing the effective date at the top of this page, is the one that applies to your use of the site.
