Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The first 30 minutes is a no-cost conversation. We don't believe in selling consulting hours before we've shown we can be useful. If we're a fit, you'll get a written proposal afterward.

What size projects do you take on?

Anything from a focused website refresh in the low five figures (USD) to multi-year ERP rollouts in the six figures. If a project is outside our wheelhouse, we'll tell you and point you to someone better suited.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes — our team has shipped for clients in Brisbane, Dubai, Singapore, and across the EU. We work in your timezone when it matters and async through shared tools (Linear, Slack, GitHub, Figma) otherwise.

How quickly can you start?

For most projects, 1–3 weeks from signed proposal to kickoff. For urgent work, we sometimes carve out emergency capacity. Mention your timeline in the form and we'll be straight with you about what's possible.

Will I work with the team I meet?

Yes. We don't bait-and-switch. The senior engineer or designer in your discovery call is the same person leading your project. No subcontracted "delivery teams" you've never spoken to.

What if I'm just exploring?
